Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Botanical Verbaige is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Other circumstances outside of our control

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email address]. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities. We will do our best to assist you with any available documentation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
